  • Our group is larger than the advised amount of players, can you make an exception?

Our rooms have a strict maximum capacity in order to secure the safety of our players. Therefore we cannot make any exceptions. You can always split up and decide to play multiple rooms at the same time!

  • What should I do when I have made a reservation for an escape room?

Check your mailbox immediately to see if you have received a confirmation e-mail. If this is not the case, something might have gone wrong. If so, please give us a call. The confirmation e-mail will give you all the necessary instructions for the game, so it is important to read it carefully.

  • What time should I arrive?

We would advise you to arrive 15 minutes before your booking starts. This will give you plenty of time to talk your strategy through, have a toilet break and maybe even a drink to calm your nerves.

  • Is an escape room dangerous?

Our games are exciting and mysterious, but definitely not dangerous. There is always a staff member present, who will keep an eye out for you and and your safety. However, playing one of our games is on your own risk so do pay attention to your own safety as well.

  • Are the escape rooms suitable for everyone?

Everyone should give it a try! In our opinion, it is a good idea to have at least one adult per group. The games can be physically challenging, you should give us a call in care you are unsure whether you are able to play a room. We could possibly make some adjustments in order to make our rooms suit your needs.

People that wear (reading)glasses, should take these with them when entering one of our rooms.
If you, or a teammember, uses a wheelchair we advise you to play The Lost Package. This room is  wheelchair friendly!

  • What if I experience claustrophobia?

Our staff members always keep a close eye on you, so if you are scared, claustrophobic or could use some reassurance on anything else, please let our staff know! There is always the possiblity to exit the game prematurely and in case of emergency there is someone available to help you at all times. We can leave a door open on request to prevent you from feeling locked up or discuss any other possible ways to help you feel more at ease. We want to give everyone a fun experience!

  • Are the escape rooms suitable for children?

Absolutely! We even organise children’s parties! Please let us know when you are bringing young children into the room, then we can make some adjustments for our younger players. We can adjust the music, lights and even some of our more difficult puzzles in order to assure a fun experience for everyone.

We do not have a minimum age set for The Lost Package. We do recommend this game for children of 10 or over. Younger children should be accompanied by an adult.

The Mission and The Courtroom have a minimum age of 14 since these rooms are slighly more intense…

  • Do you have parking spaces available?

The nearest parking space is at The Diezerpoort parking, from here it is a 3 minute walk to us.
We can give you a discount on the parking costs, just let us know you parked at Diezerpoort!

  • Can I go for a bathroom break during the escape room?

Please make sure that you have been to the toilet before your game starts. It would be a shame if we have to pull you out of the experience for a toilet break. When in dire need, you can of course always leave the room.

  • Can we play the escape room in English?

Yes! Our games are suitable for international players, just make sure you mention that you would like to play the game in English beforehand so we can make any necessary adjustments.
